This hybrid service aids clients with large projects and affords them complete project control. It balances the features of staffing supplementation and project outsourcing. It frequently involves specialized teams that are a mix of senior experts and solid technical consultants. As in the case of staff supplementation, all consultants perform tasks that are managed by the client, but supervised by a DLS Solutions team leader. This solution utilizes a negotiated bill rate that can be equalized between the highest paid skills and the lowest, reflecting a more level billing rate across the project.

 

Business Consulting Staffing

This ‘virtual e-consulting’ method is most effective when a client is looking to outsource an entire project. Rather than pay a large project management fee, DLS Solutions allows clients to ‘in-source’ the project, reducing overall costs and bringing complete project control to the client. DLS Solutions has made significant investments in developing alliance relationships that provide access to the most proficient and knowledgeable high-level business/IT consultants in the area. Once the senior consultant ensures overall business objectives will be met, DLS Solutions will provide further cost reductions by providing the precise contract staff needed to complete the project.

 

Direct Staff Development

When clients need access to senior level Information Technology personnel on a full-time basis, DLS Solutions will bill clients at an agreed upon placement fee, usually a percentage of the first year’s salary. A 90-day guarantee is offered for this service.

Reference Checking

DLS Solutions requires each candidate to provide three, recent direct supervisors as references. Each reference is asked a series of questions to measure past performance from many standpoints. Through effective referencing, we are able to understand the strengths and weakness of each candidate, personality traits and ability to impact client’s projects.
